On May 23 and 24, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Drainage work and grading activities on I-691 EB
- On the I-691 EB bridge over I-91
- Partial depth patching
- Joint work
- On the I-91 NB bridge over Baldwin Avenue:
- Remove overhang brackets
- Mobilize out of site
- Drainage activities
- On the Route 66 WB off ramp I-91 NB
- Fine grading of topsoil
- Removal of asphalt
- Place road base and build road swale
- I-691 EB shoulder reconstruction
From May 28 through May 31, during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Grading of topsoil on I-91 NB
- Partial depth patching and join work on the I-691 EB bridge over I-91
- Excavate footings for abutment 1 and 2 on the bridge on Exit from I-691
- EB over I-91 NB
- Paving on the ramp from I-91 NB to Route 66 EB
From May 28 through May 31, during nighttime hours, from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM, crews will conduct the following activities:
- Temporary barrier installation
- Paving on I-691 EB
- Safety markings after paving on I-691 EB

Closure of the I-691 EB off ramp to I-91 NB, from 10 PM to 6 AM
Closure of the Route 66 WB off ramp to I-91 NB, from 10 PM to 6 AM
The closure of the Route 66 EB off ramp to I-91 NB will detour traffic to Exit 1 to Preston Avenue, back to I-91 NB.
The closure of the Route 66 WB off ramp to I-91 NB will detour traffic to Exit 1B to I-91 SB, to Exit 17 to Route 15 SB, take a left onto East Main Street, and back onto I-91 NB.
